You've come to the right place to register a stall at Manawatu's biggest and best community Christmas Carnival & Parade.

Sunday 13th December 2026, 10 am to 3 pm, Feilding Town Centre.

FOOD VENDOR

a.SINGLE SITE 3x3m = $70

b.DOUBLE SITE 3x6m = $140

c.OVERSIZE SITE – bigger than ‘ b ‘ = $155

d.POWERED SITES = ADD $25.

  • All food stalls must be registered with your local council and have up to date MPI Health compliance.

  • Vendors selling gift products like jams / fudges / sweets, please book a craft site.

  • The number of food vendors will be capped to help ensure each vendor has a successful trading day. Acceptance is at the discretion of FDP, with priority given to local operators and a focus on maintaining a broad and diverse range of food offerings.

REGISTRATIONS CLOSE: Friday 4th September 2026.

  • Once all applications are received there will be an approval process. FDP will also operate a waitlist to cover cancellations.

  • Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email and invoice in September. Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving this email and invoice to secure your site.

  • Full payment is required to confirm your site. Non‑payment by the due date will result in your stall registration being cancelled, and the site will be offered to the next vendor on the waiting list.

 

CRAFT STALL REGISTRATION FORM

a.SINGLE SITE 3x3m = $70

b.DOUBLE SITE 3x6m = $140

REGISTRATIONS CLOSE: SUNDAY 1ST November 2026

Once applications are received FDP will operate two approval and payment rounds to give vendors plenty of time to plan.  FDP will also operate a waitlist to cover cancellations.

Round 1: Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email and invoice:  30th September 2026.

Round 2: Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email and invoice: 9th November 2026.

Payment Requirements: Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving your confirmation email and invoice to secure your site. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.   Non‑payment by the due date will result in your stall registration being cancelled, and the site will be offered to the next vendor on the waiting list.
